About Us

Mrs. Elizabeth Cooper Mendoza was born in Manila of Chinese-Filipino parentage. Her family has settled Cebu where they engage in a glass and aluminum enterprise.  She holds a baccalaureate degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippines College Cebu where she also attended high school.

On the real estate front, Mrs. Mendoza served as secretary for Maruni International Markets Inc. Later, she held the position of Marketing Assistant for a local real estate network for three (3) years and also got her real estate brokerage license. Prior to setting up her own company, she began as a freelancer. Land Options Cebu Realty, her brainchild was finally founded in 1990.
